Just had a really good bowl of oatmeal, but all my mix-ins are pushing the calorie count pretty high...may have to tone it down in the future. But at least they're good mix-ins....flaxseed, apple, walnuts, protein powder. Super tasty breakfast. Makes me want to eat it for every meal :)
152.0 lb Lost so far: 26.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
