This is a slowwww way to lose weight. I eat very low carbs, don’t start eating until 2 pm, and yet, little weight loss comes. I do still have a glass or two of wine. It’s hard to give up. 31 pounds down.
208.6 lb Lost so far: 31.2 lb.    Still to go: 13.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.3 lb a week
