Back in training after long break, at 156 pounds I,m the heaviest I've ever been, but I've been hitting the gym for a while now this is the start of my 7th week, lifting heavy with a 4 day split, low carb (50g) on non-training days (weds,sat,sun) with high protein/moderate fats. On training days carbs go up to 150g, with fats staying moderate (70g) and protien high around 180g, then once a week usually on friday (leg day!) I'll go high carb ( 250g) this will also be the day I'll have a cheat meal. first week so far day 5 so far so good!
