Happy with weight-loss, at least I have finally begun the journey, losing good weight without doing too much heavy gym work which is great, I might stick to no more than 45 mins in the Gym. Ketones @ 2.0 mmol/L which is great.
323.6 lb Lost so far: 16.1 lb.    Still to go: 131.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
