Thought i would lose a little more weight this week, seeing how little and how healthy i ate and how good i feel. i'm going to keep this up and hopefully this 1lb per week will continue or increase.
204.6 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 69.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
