Happy with weight-loss, Keto starting to kick in not really feeling hunger panes, Have not been in the gym since Saturday. 4 hrs sleep last night so will need to work on this. Ketones sitting at 1.2 mmol/L which is getting good.
329.2 lb Lost so far: 10.6 lb.    Still to go: 137.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
