I JOINED THE GYM!!!!!! I DID 30 MIN TODAY OF CARDIO GOT MY HEART RATE UP TO 148. WITHOUT DYING I FEEL GOOD HOPING THIS HELPS THE WEIGHT LOST! 3 DAYS A WEEK IS MY STARTING GOAL 🤩
232.7 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 57.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks so much! It’s scary but I know it’s necessary I’m a stay at home mom and my eating habits have changed and I’m losing just not as much if I would exercise!

I was a stay at home mom for a really long time, too. My weight got crazy, and in the last year I’ve had some major health issues that have come to light. I’ve been going to the gym every other day for a couple weeks now, it was really scary. So I feel you, but we’ve got this and God’s got us! You’re rocking it!!!
