Dieted so many times before staving myself of salty and sweet treats. Overinduldged when at goal weight not this time I eat a treat every day. Lets see if it works.
255.5 lb Lost so far: 17.4 lb.    Still to go: 17.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
