Hello and Happy Thursday FS!

Well, the scale went the wrong direction this morning. I was a little surprised but I’m hanging in there. 💃 So, will keep on doing what I’m doing.

146.7 lb Lost so far: 45.3 lb.    Still to go: 11.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
