Well, the Bar Method is working its magic. It seems that I am now on maintenance. Still thinking of getting into some serious high protein dieting soon, but life keeps getting in the way.
138.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
