Move away from toast and coffee in the morning - Fruit Salad, Soya Milk and Espresso; Plain Yogurt with Muesli, Cappacino, Buckwheat pancake with berries, Poached egg on toast, Oatmeal, toast pumpkin seeds and appelsauce,
