I was happy to see the scale change this morning. I know it's water weitght but it feels better. I had the parmesean crusted "chicken"last night and the whole fam. enjoyed it. Tonight I'm making somthing with groung hamb. meat, don't know what yet but it's thawed! any suggestions?
116.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 10.5 lb a week

What about stuffed bell pepper minus the rice of course if your in phase 1.

The taco meat balls recipe is really good. I use chili powder, not cayenne. I put mine with some lettuce and make it a taco salad, minus the shell.
