Have had a bad hiatus. Have even eaten bread (which, in me, causes flatulence and bloating) - you'd think by now I'd know better. Visotors are my excuse but I have to get things under control. Am totally missing my objectives. Time to step it up again. Here we go!!!
161.6 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 11.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
