STILL at 209# , I'm sure it may go up as I have company all week, and I will be eating out a lot, wife also coming back from her Appalachian Trail hiking adventures, so will see what will happen, have a great weekend guys and gals, stay healthy , and I'm DO N OK !!
209.0 lb Lost so far: 218.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
