Mmmmmmmph! So slooooow! Still, better than the alternative

That’s how I did it, slowly.😊 Now I am slipping only because my routine is messed up for awhile, I’ll be back on track soon.👍🌸

Drink LOTS of water, and get extra movements in through out your day whenever you can aka stairs not lift, furthest park from the store all of that adds up! Good luck.
