Yeay going again
256.4 lb Lost so far: 16.5 lb.    Still to go: 18.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

2304 kcal Fat: 75.50g | Prot: 64.28g | Carb: 367.44g.   Breakfast: Milk (Fat Free or Skim, Calcium Fortified) , Fruit Yoghurt (Lowfat, 11g Protein Per 8oz) , ProNutro Wholewheat Original. Lunch: Cauliflower, Broccoli, Sunflower Vegetable Oil (Linoleic 70% and Over), Wellington's Sweet Chilli Sauce, Green String Beans, Fry's Vegetarian Vegetarian Chicken-Style Burgers, Baked Potato (Peel Not Eaten). Dinner: Avocados, Albany Olde Cape Homestyle Brown Health Bread, Mango, Grapes. Snacks/Other: Chocolate Icing, Chocolate Muffin, Beacon Inside Story. more...
