Sloooooooow! It’s so discouraging! But, at least I’m not gaining.
226.4 lb Lost so far: 52.6 lb.    Still to go: 26.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Exactly 😊 a day not gaining is a good day, a day eating well is an excellent day and a day with good eating and muscle building the way to skip a step on the FS game board. You’re still in the game 👍
