Fridays and weekends are the worst for dieeting It is our aniversary today married 32years. Maybe this weekend will be a easy one diet wise, but my husband will be leaving fot Transkei for the weekend ,back only Sunday evening, then he will be goining to Cape Town for the week.
257.3 lb Lost so far: 15.7 lb.    Still to go: 19.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
