YEAH, finally hit 210 # have not seen that weight since March ,almost 7 months. took awhile as I was on plateau, well will keep at, even though my wife made me cookies, have not ate one, trying to stay with it, Thank you for ALL encouragement'and I'm DO N OK !!@!
210.0 lb Lost so far: 217.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
