Out of town Fri-Sun ate what I wanted it was delicious and now up 2 lbs again. Gonna eat some regular food this week and return to lean and green next week.
154.7 lb Lost so far: 15.8 lb.    Still to go: 9.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
