I had a really crazy day, hardly had anything to eat, and went to burger king for dinner, I was proud of myself, I took off the bun, but I did steal 2 fries... which is still amazing for me lol.. Today I will get in all my water, and more veggies.. and I will eat lol.
269.4 lb Lost so far: 9.6 lb.    Still to go: 70.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I order them without the bun because then the cheese doesn't stick to the bun when I pull it off. Gotta have the cheese! The fries are the tough part because who doesn't like fast food french fries? Very hard to just eat 2 so pat yourself on the back!
