This weekend, no bars, and less veggies.. instead of 12-15, had about 8-10, just busy weekend... today I will drink a lot more water, was too little yesterday . Happy to see the scale go down a little more, wohoo, maybe I am really into the 60;s.
269.4 lb Lost so far: 9.6 lb.    Still to go: 70.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
