Starting the fast 800/ low carb today. Smoothie cleanse was a bust but it was an interesting experience that made me think about my relationship to food emotionally.

Since this one worked last time I figure it’s worth another go.
144.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 7.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
