I weighed in this morning at 137. I have been doing pretty good. On some days I have not fit in all my meals which I know is not good, I am just at an extreme stressful point in my life, that I am running around like crazy. I have been exercising every day but not the 60mins that he requests, I get in 25-30mins as I can, way better than I was doing before. I hope things will settle down after this week but I know this week is going to be the worst in regards to stress it's already starting off horrible. I hope to be rid of this business by the end of the week.. I hope everyone is doing well. I will check in as I can.
137.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You are doing good, hang in there! Get the stress down and then concentrate hard again...until you have that under control it might be hard to lose anything! Hang in there though, you are so worth it!

Hang in there! You are doing great, you lost 5 lbs this week-Don't worry about the diet so much,you are still getting in some exercise and you seem to be doing ok with your foods, your even losing weight.You need to take care of your Mind during this stressful time. Once things quiet down you can put the diet into full swing again

You are taking the time to put in the exercise which is 100% better than just skipping it. Do what you can when you can and do more on days you find more time. Congrats on the weight loss!
