Still losing a little at a time. Haven't seen an upswing in weight since I started this on February 7th, 2011. Guess my body is responding to what I'm doing!
168.4 lb Lost so far: 22.6 lb.    Still to go: 13.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
