Yay! Down another three pounds! I've also dragged my rear out of bed and gone to aquacise Monday, and Tuesday. Skipped today, because I had an appointment with my therapist. I really didn't want to go Monday, because I was so stiff and sore after missing three days thanks to doctor's appointments, and then going the weekend. Once I got there, and got moving, I stretched and worked out all that soreness. I feel amazing after a workout, and I've noticed it's been helping with my chronic pain. :)

My therapist was very proud of me, as where the ladies at the pool for all I accomplished this past month with my blood sugars, and A1C. I'm just glad no more talks of insulin!

I finally went thru my closet, and I ended up with two pairs of jeans, one pair of capri pants (that are too big, but not so big that they fall off me), and no shorts. Looks like I need to hit up the thrift store and find some pants for summer. I refuse to pay full price, since I still have weight to lose.

I'm struggling with carbs. I am trying to watch them, but those suckers are in everything! The other day, I noticed carbs made up 71% of the food I had ate for the day. That needs to be much lower. I am cooking for myself more, instead of relying on other people, fast food, or processed junk. I made some chicken tortilla soup for supper. I left out the tortilla strips, and cheese. That was the best darn tortilla soup I'd ever had! Even the rest of my family lapped it up! I will def be making it again!
331.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 131.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
