Gained some weight but have no clue why,,, disappointed,, very disappointed
170.4 lb Lost so far: 72.6 lb.    Still to go: 35.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You can do everything right and still see a water weight gain. Google "why the scale lies" for some insight. It could just be that you ate too much sodium yesterday and are up a couple pounds in water weight. Water weight gain is temporary and goes away in a couple of days. Many things can effect water weight from hormones to medications to stress.
