It's a little after midnight here, but Sunday is my day off tracking (theoretically, I ended up tracking anyways last Sunday). So I thought I'd get my weekly weigh in on the computer fo challenges out of the way.

My daily calories burned is dropping down pretty close to 1700. To stay 500 under a day (to shed 1lb a week) I'm dropping my average calorie goal down to 1200 calories (was 1250).

My body seems to like this 156 range. Really hoping to see 154 soon. 20lbs down is going to feel really nice =)
