Am greatly encouraged by yesterday's progress. We went with friends to a master dance class but stopped for dins beforehand. Had scallops & salad plus mineral water, no dessert then burned it off dancing. Finally broke thru the 160 barrier even if just by a little bit. Yippee!!
159.6 lb Lost so far: 6.4 lb.    Still to go: 9.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
