I had the best darn dinner last nite.. hot wings and its called Manhattan salad, with artichoke hearts and palm hearts.. romaine and iceburg and onions... and the dressing only had 1 carb... wohooooo.. and I am down a tad... ahh feels great to go out to eat and still enjoy and lose weight... this is still going slow, but... I swear I will be 269 by Wednesday morning, that will be 3 weeks in.. If I can j ust lose consistently, I will be a happy girl!
270.8 lb Lost so far: 8.2 lb.    Still to go: 71.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
