I was pretty good during the week and optimistic. Initially disappointed this morning, but then remembered that's why I weigh in Mondays to reflect whatever happens over the weekend. Starting another week today. I'll do better.
171.0 lb Lost so far: 1.2 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
