Wow! I was hoping for a good weight loss this week but didn't expect this much! "happy happy, joy, joy!" *dancing around*

261.9 lb Lost so far: 10.4 lb. Still to go: 31.9 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

losing 3.1 lb a week
