A little bit... still 7 lbs in two weeks on induction bites big time... but whatever, just gotta keep at it, and hope I will lose consistently over the next few months..
271.8 lb Lost so far: 7.2 lb.    Still to go: 72.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

1660 kcal Fat: 118.75g | Prot: 113.41g | Carb: 30.97g.   Breakfast: Butter, Egg, Bacon (Cured), Cheddar Cheese. Lunch: Atkins Endulge Caramel Nut Chew Bar, Cheddar Cheese, Tuna in Water (Canned), Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise. Dinner: Kirkland Signature Fully Cooked Bacon, Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise, Ground Beef (85% Lean / 15% Fat, Patty, Cooked, Broiled), Cheddar Cheese. Snacks/Other: Tomatoes, Sweet Red Peppers, Cucumber (Peeled), Tomatoes. more...
