Weighing in Tues vs Mon since away. I did pretty good during the week. But with not being home & too many meal get togethers with family over the long weekend it appears I somehow maintained over the weekend. It was great to spend time with family. With COVID-19 it has been limited. Who knows what the situation will be at Thanksgiving.
170.4 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 30.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
