Your still doing good Barb, I only lost 6 lbs during induction, so hang in there. Do you plan to stay on induction? I just started my 7th week and I am still following the induction menu, plan to stay with it as long as I can.

I started Atkins twice in the last year, and actually lost nothing both times during the first 2 weeks. That's why, this time around, I decided not to weigh myself until I felt my clothes were looser and I KNEW I had lost weight. It took a good 3 weeks. I still haven't gotten on the scale, because I don't want to be discouraged if I haven't lost "enough." So, hang in there. It will work eventually. Might have to tweak it some. In the meantime, you are eating healthier and NOT GAINING!

Sometimes you don't lose if you aren't hitting your RDI. Have you been eating your recommended intake?
