152.1 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 46.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Just found this site and it looks great. I was using another site for a couple of days but the food search thingy was not great. So although this is my first weigh in, I have actually lost 9lbs(4 kilos). Got such a long way to go but I am very determined and committed. Fasting is not so difficult for me but I am a lazy sod. I fast Mon, Wed and Fri and I have given up drinking alcohol during the week. That was hard but once I decided to do it, I find I don't miss it. Boy do I enjoy a bottle of wine on a Saturday. Why is everything I like bad for me? The Food Diary is very motivating. But I have to say that my life is rather dull now that I am no longer rewarding or commiserating with food and alcohol. I am promising myself that will all change when I move to Spain and achieve my weight goal. So I have nothing to complain about. Actually, I'm quite enjoying focusing on 400 calorie meal recipes and eating healthier. Love to all and good luck
