Weeeeell. I held steady. This is so slow. I stayed just under 1400 calories average in August. I plan to stay just under 1300 calories average in Sept. I’ve been working my way down, 100 calories at a time, each month. I won’t drop below 1200. If I don’t lose any faster after that, so be it. This is my second week in the 220s. That’s a good thing.

(I just checked back. I HAVE lost 10 lbs since the first weigh-in in June. It’s horribly slow, but the win is that I have journaled my food every single day since the 1st of April . . . the good and the bad.)
229.0 lb Lost so far: 50.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

you might try zig zapping your calories to help keep your body from adapting And slowing your metabolism.

JAMMEM, that is exactly what I’ve been doing. I vary my calorie intake every day. I just make sure the monthly average is where I want it.
