It went back down, but not to the lowest, and then I went to the bathroom and got back on, and it was back up to 275.. screw it, I am putting the first weight, makes me feel better lol... I went for a good walk last nite, climbed up a huge rock... and a good hike...
whatever, I need to just stay focused.
274.2 lb Lost so far: 4.8 lb.    Still to go: 75.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
