UGH...thats all I have to say. I have been hovering at about the 17 pound mark for a few weeks now. Is this a plateau? What do I need to do to lose this stupid weight!
167.6 lb Lost so far: 17.4 lb.    Still to go: 17.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.8 lb a week

Have you been slacking on plan at all. Sometimes we get comfortable and start taking a bite here and there. It can all add up. If you have been 100% on plan, then you might need to change things up. Up your protein! Eat more high fiber and less processed foods. Eat smaller meals throughout the day. Change up your exercise. Take a new class. Increase your duration or exercise intensity. Good luck! You just have to push through and keep changing things up.
