At least I undid the damage I did last week. I just have to keep reminding myself to take it one day, one meal, one bite at a time. Slow and steady wins the race, right?
231.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 61.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
