Doing a carb cycling keto diet this time instead of straight keto without breaks like my first 5 month keto journey. Doing “cheat days” (high carbs for lunch and dinner) every two weeks. (Tried one week apart but would just gain back lbs lost from previous week and take all week to back down to same lbs from last weigh in before cheat day. Happened twice in a row and Didn’t make sense to keep doing it.) Today is my cheat day and I’m making CHOCOLATE CROISSANTS RIGHT NOW FROM TRADER JOES!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you haven’t had the ones from traders joes try them. They come frozen and have to be set out over night to puff up. Then they take 20-25 minutes to cook. My family’s been buying these for Christmas morning breakfast for the past few years because they are such a special-looking/fancy-tasting/easy to prep treat. YUMMAH! I am feeling like a queen who deserves all good things. Hahaha “the world is so full of such wonderful things, it’s a wonder we don’t all feel happy as kings.” Don’t remember who said this
166.8 lb Lost so far: 29.2 lb.    Still to go: 12.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
