I'm feeling so much better. Now, time to get back on schedule and quit eating the food that doesn't like me. lol. No more... gluten, dairy, soy. It's sooooo hard to live with these restrictions, but in order to continue loosing, these must go. In order to continue to feel better, these must go. In order to keep myself from getting sicker, these must go. I guess, I must admit that I really must stick to this!!!! MY will power sucks, but I as I was recently advised, I must work on my "won't power". So,,, that's what I will do.
167.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You'll do great. You just need to figure out how to frame it and discover what other foods might fill the gap. Pulling for you.
