Not sure if this is for a specific group of people attending a family reunion or not, but I am going on a 4 day beach getaway with my family on Memorial Day Weekend and am trying to lose 18 pounds in 8 weeks. Any tips are greatly appreciated. Thinking about doing the cabbage diet for the next two weeks. I exercise regularly for the last 3 weeks, just looking for a way to burn fat fast and then maintain. Thanks for the add.
