It's important to keep your scale in the same spot each time you weigh. The flooring can cause different readings. A hard level surface is important. Always weigh at the same time, same scale, same place, same clothes, same everything to accurately gauge your weight loss. The scale will fluctuate all day long (because of your water weight). Factors include: all the food we eat and drink all day, sodium, exercise, medications, inflammation, sickness, etc. Many things effect our water weight. I prefer first thing in the morning, after going to the bathroom and before eating or drinking anything. Consistency is important. Good luck!

I find that weighing in when I wake up with my scale in the same place is the most accurate

Thanks girls, I always weigh the same time, same nude haha... but I moved scale into bathroom, so I didn't have to run downstairs to wi each am, but moved it back to where it was. I also didn't weigh myself yesterday morning, after a big binge fest... I just kept the weight I was the other day...which is depressing enough. One lb at a time,.
