I made it through phase I! I already feel better! When I began this 10 days ago, I felt stuffed and tight. My next step is to add working out to my schedule. I wasn't mentally ready to do it when I began, but I am now!
Welcome phase II! I am going to smash you up!!!
208.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 33.3 lb a week
