Great Day! Lots of sunshine to really boost my energy. Took 3 walks outside today. Nice to get off the treadmill. Already 18,500 steps take today, and still an after-dinner walk with the family to go!!
171.8 lb Lost so far: 19.2 lb.    Still to go: 16.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
