Ok now I’m scared.
This gain must stop and I must maintain 185.
Today is the day I get back on track: Food journal, stop sugar and junk, 1600-1800 calories per day, and start with 20 minutes of exercise 4 days per week.
186.2 lb Lost so far: 37.2 lb.    Still to go: 1.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.2 lb a week

Keeping a food journal is awesome! It keeps you on a steady track when you are watching what you eat. Another good tip, keep a planner and Mark the days that you plan to exercise in that week when you have time to. And walking is a great way to maintain your goal weight.
