I've had some ups and downs since last weigh in but i get back on track right away and the WW is definitely working. So I'm happy about staying steady but do expect by the end of the week to be down another pound hopefulyl two.

total = 32 pts
141.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
