what the heck. I was so close and now I seem so far off. I'm really disappointed in myself and embarrassed. I gave myself a lot of excuses and exemptions this month and its really showing on the scale. I feel like a failure. its really hard for me.
146.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.2 lb a week

Don't do what I keep doing and giving up as soon as you have a bad day/week. If you have a bad time say "sod it, tomorrow is another day."

I know how discouraging it can be when you have a setback. I have them frequently. However, i have made up my mind that no matter how many setbacks I have I will never give up. You only fail when you quit trying! You will get back where you were, and then continue on from there.!
