155.9 lb Lost so far: 36.1 lb.    Still to go: 20.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

965 kcal Fat: 36.49g | Prot: 47.33g | Carb: 81.44g.   Breakfast: Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), grape nuts 2 tbsp (for yogurt), Chobani 0% Plain Greek Yogurt (8 oz), Pineapple. Lunch: America's Choice Natural Walnuts, Reddi-wip Original Dairy Whipped Topping, Daisy Low Fat 2% Small Curd Cottage Cheese, Wal-Mart Fresh Pineapple. Dinner: Wholly Guacamole Classic Guacamole, Tortilla Corn Chips, Sweet Onions, Cooked Green Cabbage (Fat Added in Cooking), Broiled or Baked Pork Chop. Snacks/Other: Michelob Ultra Pure Gold. more...
